No RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS will be offered UNLESS it was a mistake on my behalf. This will be addressed in these situations.

TERMS OF SERVICE-

All items are custom handmade by myself from start to finish.Turnaround time is 8-10 weeks from date of paid purchase.

This will be addressed in these situations. All Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping they include insurance up to $50. Once they leave my hands and are shipped I can not be responsible for the items. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please contact me within 24 hours through email from when it is delivered. I offer shipping all over, buyer is responsible for all shipping cost, including fees that may need to be paid when you pick your package up. My tumblers are sealed with a smooth glass like finish. The base coat (glitter, pigments, alcohol inks, paint or decal) will not come off. My tumblers get a minimum of three coats, maximum 4 coats of epoxy. I use all high quality products when creating my art on my tumblers. (and more) I work extremely hard to make sure that your tumbler meets your expectations.

Please remember that these are hand crafted and there will possibly be some small imperfections. I try my hardest to prevent all of these but there are a number of things that can affect this. Please know you might find a stray piece of glitter in your pigment/alcohol ink tumblers, as I do use glitter on some of my work and sometimes it will make it’s way to another item. (A wink to remind you to keep on shinning out there!)

All turn around times are ESTIMATED, when you purchase an item (outside of any Ready To Ship items) you are FULLY AGREEING to this time frame. Please remember that some things do happen that are unexpected along the way and it might need a bit more time. I am transparent & try my best to keep everyone in the "know" of what is going on. I'm a very active GiGi with my grandbabies and when I am needed I am there for them.  

Please do not put these in the dishwasher, do not leave them sitting or submerged in water, do not microwave, and please do not leave in HOT vehicles or drop me, remember not only does my final look, look like glass, but I can shatter like glass if dropped. (I can tell when one has been dropped and although I understand things happen, I can not be held responsible if this happens.) If you do drop your tumbler and it does crack, please reach out. Sometimes I can try to fix this, however you will be responsible for shipping cost to and from along with a  repair fee.

Your tumbler will come with a lid and possibly a straw if I don't forget it. (Sorry it does happen.)
